Replacement Piece

Mistakes happen — sometimes it is us, sometimes it is your dog or your vacuum. Whatever the reason, we want you to have the perfect puzzling experience and no one should have to tolerate a beautiful puzzle sans one piece.  

We are happy to do piece replacement. To do so, we custom manufacturer that specific piece.  To get it perfect, we need some highly-detailed info from you:

• Reason: We have created an honor system with piece replacement. If we are at fault, we will replace it for free. If you made an oopsie, we ask you pay $3 (no shipping charge) to cover some of our expense.
• Puzzle Name: Please enter the exact name of the puzzle that is printed on the white label on the puzzle box top. The title is bold and italicized.
• QA #: There should be a round white sticker in the bottom of the box underneath the tissue paper. The number will look something like this: TAQC #302c
• Picture of the Missing Piece: Snap a picture of area that contains the missing piece — the void plus two or three pieces on all sides. 

With the above info inputted, add the piece to your cart and checkout as usual. If your replacement is free, you will not be required to enter a payment method. 

Note: Please place your order for a replacement piece separately from any other items.  If you need more than 1 piece, please fill out the info for piece #1 and add it to your cart.  Then come back to this page and enter the info for piece #2, etc.
